Living in Rochedale
The residents that call this suburb home are mostly professionals, families with kids and retirees. It is a neat and clean neighbourhood where you can freely and safely walk at any time of the day.
The suburb is undergoing major new development, thanks to the Rochedale Urban Community Neighbourhood Plan, an integrated and master planned urban community that will include a range of residential, commercial, industrial, community and educational uses.
With land becoming harder to find and the suburb continuing to thrive, Rochedale has come to be regarded as one of Brisbane’s best investment opportunities. Even with several estate developments, the suburb has maintained its country feel.
It is very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by huge mansions, master planned estates and nature – all these while being close to the city.
