Rochedale is an outer southern suburb, located 12 km south of the Brisbane CBD. Its border to the west is partly aligned with the Gateway Motorway and Bulimba Creek.

From a farming town in the 1800s, Rochedale has maintained its quaint vibe, though most of the farmland is now being transformed into high-end residential estates.

Rochedale is located close to the Gateway, Pacific and Logan Motorways. It has recently been named Brisbane’s newest ‘million-dollar suburb’ due to its seven-figure median house price.
