Mount Gravatt pertains to a suburb in Brisbane and a well-known hill in the same suburb. Located 9 km south-east of the CBD, it was once the one of the largest suburbs in Brisbane, before being divided into smaller suburbs – greater Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt East, Upper Mount Gravatt and Wishart.

Being in close proximity to the CBD makes this suburb attractive to residents from all walks of life. The homes are an assorted mix of modern and post-war designs. It is populated mostly by elderly couples and maturing couples with children.

People who love the outdoors will find delight in Mt. Gravatt Outlook Reserve. It offers bushwalking tracks, picnic areas and playground for the children. You will also find Gertrude Petty Place, Mt. Gravatt Summit Outlook, which is accessible via Shire Road, as well as a large cave complex found on a walking trail on the southern slope of the mountain.

The Mount Gravatt Showgrounds is the favourite site of many cultural activities, including weekend markets and the annual agricultural fair, the Mount Gravatt Show.

There are also many shops and shopping centres located in the suburb including Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre, Homemaker City Mount Gravatt, Central Fair Shopping Centre, Mt. Gravatt Homemaker Centre, Myer and Mt. Gravatt Plaza.

Everything! Location - very quiet, quick easy access to bushland, lovely home in good condition. Pet friendly with good fence and yard!

The only things we would adjust is putting a hills hoist in the side yard directly out from the laundry. And installing an electric garage door to allow easy access.
