Mount Gravatt East is a Brisbane suburb that is 8 km southeast of the CBD and is sandwiched between Logan Road and the South East Freeway. This leafy, mostly residential suburb was first gazetted as a suburb in 1967.

It is an excellent option for commuting workers and families as residential properties here are much cheaper compared to similar properties in suburbs on the north side. Everything! Location - very quiet, quick easy access to bushland, lovely home in good condition. Pet friendly with good fence and yard!

The only things we would adjust is putting a hills hoist in the side yard directly out from the laundry. And installing an electric garage door to allow easy access.
