In a world full of plastic, carbon offsets, smog, melting ice and the degradation of our reefs, the need for us to make proactive action in combatting the negative trail we leave on our environment is becoming more and more urgent.
At Arrive, we would love for all our tenants and owners to be educated in ways they can help rewind the deterioration of the beautiful Earth we live on.
For more than 17 years, Sustainable House Day has provided a great opportunity for hundreds of thousands of people to visit some of Australia’s leading green homes – ones that are not only environmentally friendly, but cheaper to run and more comfortable to live in.
Sustainable House Day gives visitors a chance to inspect firsthand houses that have been designed, built or renovated with sustainability in mind as well as the opportunity to talk to owners and receive unbiased advice.

In 2017, 29,049 people visited 206 homes across Australia and explored ways they can make their house that little bit more sustainable (and put their conscience at ease!).
You can also donate a gold coin at the open homes. Last year the donations amounted to $12,060.85 which went to charities chosen by the individual homes! Individual charities can be found on each home’s profile pages.
